San Diego, CA – Multi-Car Injury Crash on I-15

San Diego, CA (May 13, 2024) – Officials in San Diego responded to the scene of a multi-car injury crash on Saturday night, May 11th. The accident took place just after 8:00 p.m. on Interstate 15.

According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, a white Toyota Camry and a gray Hyundai collided with one another. The Camry flipped onto its roof following the crash and both vehicles came to rest on the right side of the freeway. Two female passengers of the Camry were trapped inside the vehicle following the crash. Both victims were extricated and were transported to an area hospital for treatment. There is no word on their identity or the extent of their injuries at this time. Police did not provide any information on the cause of the crash. An investigation is ongoing. There is no further information available.
