Canoga Park, CA – Multi-Car Crash with Injuries on Saticoy St.

Canoga Park, CA (May 21, 2024) – Officials in Canoga Park were called to the scene of a multi-car crash with injuries on Tuesday, May 21. The crash took place at approximately 10:30 a.m. along Saticoy Street near Shoup Avenue.

According to a report from the scene, at least two vehicles were involved. One of the cars collided with a fire hydrant and sustained serious damage as a result. The hydrant was turned on and was spraying water in the street following the accident. Multiple rescue units were dispatched to the scene to assist the injured victims. Several individuals were taken to an area hospital for treatment but there is no word on the extent of their injuries at this time. The road was expected to be closed for several hours following the crash. Drivers were told to find alternate routes of travel. An investigation remains ongoing.
