San Diego, CA – One Hospitalized in Two-Car Crash on SR-94 at Euclid Ave.

San Diego, CA (April 19, 2024) – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a two-car injury crash on Thursday, April 18th. The crash happened around 2:00 p.m. on State Route 94 near the intersection with Euclid Avenue.

According to an initial report, one of the cars involved in the crash veered off the road and struck a pole and a chain link fence before coming to a stop. Paramedics transported at least one victim to a local hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries. The victim’s identity has not been released at this time. There is no word on what led up to the crash and it is unknown whether anyone else was hurt. The road was closed for an extended period of time while police investigated the crash and cleared the area. There is no information on whether any charges are expected to be filed.
