San Diego, CA – Motorcyclist Hurt in Crash on Ivy St. at 33rd. St.

San Diego, CA (March 19, 2024) – A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash with a vehicle on Monday, March 18th. The accident happened around 11:15 a.m. at the intersection of Ivy Street and 33rd Street.

According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, a 35-year-old man was riding a 2023 Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he crashed into a 2017 Kia Forte that was traveling southbound on Ivy Street. The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident, including major arm and leg fractures. The driver of the Kia was not hurt in the crash. There is no word on what caused the accident to occur and no one involved has been identified. Police are still investigating the accident at this time.
