San Diego, CA – 14-Year-Old Boy Hit, Injured on El Cajon Blvd.

San Diego, CA (March 13, 2024) – A 14-year-old boy suffered injuries in a pedestrian crash that took place in San Diego on Tuesday night, March 12th. The crash happened around 10:20 p.m. in the College Area neighborhood along El Cajon Boulevard.

According to a report from authorities, the injured victim was trying to cross El Cajon Boulevard when he was hit by a white Toyota Corolla. The boy suffered serious injuries in the collision. An ambulance arrived at the scene and transported the victim to Rady Children’s Hospital with serious injuries.  The 24-year-old Corolla driver remained at the scene and spoke with police. There were no other injuries reported in the accident and no one involved has been identified. The accident remains under investigation at this time. It is unknown whether any charges will be filed. No further details are available.
