Norwalk, CA – One Hurt in Multi-Car Crash on I-605

Norwalk, CA (February 27, 2024) – The California Highway Patrol responded to a multi-car injury crash in Norwalk. The accident happened on Monday, February 26th around 8:40 a.m.

Troopers were called to the scene in the southbound lanes of Interstate 605 near Interstate 105. When they arrived, they found a Nissan Altima, a Toyota Prius, and a Lincoln Continental all involved in the collision. The Prius suffered front-end damage, while the Altima had a broken axle as a result of the accident. At least one person was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the accident was not released. CHP officers are investigating the crash but have not released any information on the cause at this time. There is no word on the identities of those involved or whether any charges will be filed. An investigation is ongoing.
