San Diego, CA – Elderly Woman Hurt in Pedestrian Crash on Lenox Dr.

San Diego, CA (June 26, 2024) – An elderly woman suffered injuries after being hit by a car in San Diego on Tuesday, June 25. The crash occurred around 6:30 a.m. in the 5100 block of Lenox Drive.

According to a report, a 33-year-old man was driving a GMC Yukon westbound on Lenox Drive. For reasons that are still being elucidated, the driver struck a 67-year-old female pedestrian. The pedestrian suffered serious injuries including a scalp laceration and an open left ankle fracture. Her identity was not immediately released.
